Art Driscoll III, co-author of “Younger Body Now”, brings to the book a
broader approach to the strength training and cardio routines. By
combining old school with the new school training philosophies we
provide our clients a more unique way to approach the workouts. Being
brought up in an atmosphere of participating and competing in a wide variety
of sports, he got interested in the health and fitness field at an early
age. Activities such as rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding and
mountain biking helped him develop into a competitive athlete.
He began competing in cycling and mountain bike races and by the time he was 14 years old he raced in the junior sport division in the Norba USA National Mountain Bike Championship. In high school he competed in cross country and track and became the Conference and Section 9 Champion in the 200 and 400 meter sprints, setting school records in the 300 and 400 meters. In college he became an All-American in Track by running on the 4 by 400 relay team in the National Championships.
Growing up he spent much of his time in his father’s gyms and fitness centers observing and learning the fitness industry. After college he studied to become a Certified Personal Trainer and received two certifications in the fitness field. After working at a major fitness center he started his own business as an independent personal trainer.
Art was very instrumental in the making of the “Younger Body Now” dvds. He not only helped to organize and write the making of the dvds, which included the testimonials and work-outs, but participated in them as well. Having knowledge and experience in the fitness field way beyond his years, he has added much useful information to give the reader of “Younger Body Now”.
